I contacted Sharpe and they said I didn't use the right prompts to get the info needed and rang me back to start again, as I did before I listened to the prompts and still was told I was wrong. | Microwave won't shut off unless powered off. Carousel, light and fan run but no heat is generated when plugged in. Unplugging or opening the door is the only way to shut it off. Any way to reset or correct this problem? | ||

| On the internet I found Sharp's web page with list of distributors. First distributor I called said the manual was no longer available. Then I posted my message. Thereafter I went to Sharp's website again and called the second distributor on the list. They said they had it for $11.00 and I received it in the mail within a matter of a few days. We just bought an older motorhome which has a similar (R-7A85) microwave/convection unit and we are in dire need of any information that will keep us from blundering around too much. | My Sharp R-1830 micro/convection oven turntable turns when the door is open. The unit doesn't run just the turntable turns. Everything else works fine. Any suggestions on how to correct this. | ||
