Dash Cam: Auto-Vox B40 A118 Stealth Full HD 1080P 1.5' Car Dvr Camera

I know there is already a post for the manual, but I thought I would post the manual that came with my camera. I scanned it in and cropped it to show just the contents, so it should be resizable and viewable in most PDF readers.
My model is the 'Auto-Vox B40 A118 Stealth Full HD 1080P 1.5' Car Dvr Camera' purchased from Amazon UK. I find this manual to be more comprehensive than most of the others I'd seen online.

If someone need the file to flash it:
Here is the upgrade steps,
1. Turn off the DVR and remove the SD card.
2. Format the card unzip the file and copy the software to the card.
3. Insert the card to the slot, turn on the DVR and it installs the software automatically.
4. After installation completed and DVR turn on, format the card again.
*Do not change the name and attributes of the software.
* Make sure the power supply is adequate when refresh it.
* Connect power to the cigarette lighter socket or USB 5V adapter.
the firmware is the latest version 2015 - 01
